  • Why can’t I hear any sound?

    You can enjoy World of Peppa Pig with or without sound on. To play the app with sound, ensure that you have “Play Background Music” turned on in the Settings tab of the Grown-ups area.

  • What devices are supported?

    Any device running operating systems iOS 12 or Android 5 and higher are supported.

  • Can I play World of Peppa Pig offline?

    To enjoy World of Peppa Pig offline, first launch the app while connected to the internet. This will allow a portion of the content to download, which can then be played without internet connection.

    Features that require internet access, such as changing subscriptions or signing in/out would not be available in offline mode.
