Important Update: Play World of Peppa Pig on Netflix Games
Exciting News!
The World of Peppa Pig app is ready to play on the Netflix mobile app! Your little piggy can continue to enjoy all the interactive games, videos, and activities filled with learning and fun! Hooray!
If you’re already a Netflix subscriber, simply download the World of Peppa Pig app and sign in - it’s as easy as jumping in muddy puddles! You’ll always have full access to all the fun and oinktastic content at no extra cost with any Netflix plan. And if you’re not a subscriber yet, don’t worry! Version 8.0, released on March 24th, 2025, is the last update to the current World of Peppa Pig app.
Starting May 30th, 2025, you will not be able to download the current app from the stores and will be discontinued. Going forward, the World of Peppa Pig app will be available to all Netflix members without any additional fees and you’ll still be able to find it in your favorite app store.
If you wish to cancel your subscription on the current app before the end of the billing period, you can request a refund. Pro-rated refunds will be processed according to the store policies.
World of Peppa Pig on Netflix Games

- Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
- Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
- Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

Amazon Store- Sign in to the Amazon website using the same account that is used on the Fire tablet.

Do I need to create an account?
We added the ability for grown ups to create an account on World of Peppa Pig. This allows you and your children to access your subscription on any device and any platform throughout your home!
If you have been a subscriber with World of Peppa Pig from before accounts were introduced, then creating an account is not mandatory for you. You can continue to enjoy full access to the app with your subscription on your device. However, we strongly recommend creating an account to allow you to share the subscription with your family members.
If you are a new subscriber to World of Peppa Pig, then you are required to create an account. Having an account not only allows you to share your subscription, but you can also stay in touch with the latest World of Peppa Pig updates!

How do I create an account?
In the Grown-ups area, go to the Account tab, click “Create your account”, then enter your email address and create a password. We will send you a verification code to the email address provided. To verify your account, simply click on the verification link in the email or enter the code manually in the app. Once your account is verified you can enjoy World of Peppa Pig!

How do I delete my account?
You can enjoy the app anonymously by signing out through the Grown-ups area in the app. If you have a subscription, you will lose access to premium content when you sign out.
If you want to delete your account, select “Delete my account“ in the Grown-ups area. This will trigger a Request to be Forgotten, and all your user data from our systems will be deleted. For further information visit our Privacy Policy.

How do I change my password? What if I forget my password?
If you have an account and are logged into the app, go to the Account tab in the Grown-ups area and click on “Update“ beside the password. Enter your current password, the new password and submit the form with the arrow button. The new password must now be used for future logins.
If you forget your password, select “Forgot my password” on the Sign In screen. We will send a verification code to the email address associated with the account. Click on the verification link in the email or enter the code manually in the app, then enter a new password. After your new password has been updated, you can then sign in to the app.

How do I change my email?
To update your email address, go to the Account tab in the Grown-ups area and click “Update“ beside the email. We will send a verification code to the new email address you provide. Click on the verification link in the email or enter the code manually in the app to verify the new email address.

How do I change my notification settings?
To change your notification settings, go to the Settings tab in the Grown-ups area and click “Allow push notifications“. You will then be redirected you to your device settings where you can turn your app notifications on or off.

How do I update my payment information?
Since World of Peppa Pig subscriptions are provided through Apple, Google and Amazon app stores, you will need to update your payment information directly in your respective app store.
For Apple: go to Settings > Payment & Shipping (you may be asked to enter your Apple ID).
For Google: go to Google Account > Payments and subscriptions > Payment methods.

I never received my verification email. How do I access the game?
Make sure you entered your email address correctly, then check your junk mail or spam folder for the verification email. If you did not receive the email. you can request a new verification code by selecting “Get a new code” from the verification code screen.
