• Why do I need to provide storage permission on my device?

  We ask for write-only access to your photos to save your child's artwork. This permission is not required for the app to function.

• What information does World of Peppa Pig collect about me?

  Your privacy is important to us. We only collect information required for system functions and to improve the customer experience. We do not collect any personally identifiable information other than the user email address, which is required in order for us to provide the subscription sharing functionality to you. • I don’t want anyone to track me. Can I play World of Peppa Pig anonymously?

  World of Peppa Pig is kidSAFE+ COPPA Certified and also designed to align with GDPR regulations and related guidelines. That means you can rest assured that your loved ones will enjoy a child-friendly experience, as we work hard to keep your information safe and secure.   If you still have concerns around privacy and would rather use the application anonymously, you can simply Sign Out of your account. The Sign Out button is available in the Account tab within the Grown-ups area. Please note however, that you will not be able to access premium content available through subscriptions if you are signed out.
